About the role:
The Finance Business Partner role plays a vital role in driving business performance for Service Delivery through financial and operational insight. With a focus on financial and business analysis, this role bridges the gap between finance and operational teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to support financial inputs for annual budgets and strategic planning
• Able to deliver accurate forecasts and ensure timely submissions.
• Manage P&L and support month-end processes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver management reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Build and automate dashboards and reporting tools, making insights visible and actionable for business leaders.

About you:

• Well-developed computer skills, particularly using Excel & ERP systems (D365 experience an advantage)
• Partnering with key stakeholders to interpret financial data and guide strategic decisions
• Exceptional internal and external customer service and communication skills
• Performing deep-dive financial analysis to identify performance drivers, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Preparing and reviewing detailed monthly management reports and variance analyses
• Must demonstrate the ability of effective time management and organisational skills
• Team player, a self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure & achieve work deadlines
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
